The big talking point in F1 this week : is will the seven times world champion Michael Schumacher return to Formula-1 ?.So far this year he has tested for Ferrari in Fiorano, because he wanted a go in the new car.He then went on a full test program in Barcelona and shattered the circuit record and left drivers nearly half his age in the shade.Last Sunday a fired-up Schumacher won a charity carting race organized by former team mate Felipe Massa and now we hear the news that he 'wants more!' with a test program lined up at Jerez next month.
Could his next move be on the unsuspecting lambs, Lewis Hamilton, Kimi Raikknen, Nico Rossburg...etc? who are innocently grazing in the lush green pastures of youth and a modern era in F1; free from the big bad Schumacher?.Maybe having a year off, with the only Adrenalin rush nothing more than the odd bit of skydiving or skiing seeming a little tame; and the fact that F1 without him still has drama and scandal and the word cheat being banded about, is enough to tempt him back behind the wheel in a championship?.He might, now we have seen how difficult it is to win a championship - even if you are in a front running car - want to come back and put at bay the things that still haunt him from before he retired, ie : beating a team mate like Raikkonen; beating hot shoe Hamilton and Rossburg (if Rossburg joins McLaren) ; and of course whipping Alonso in the Renault. If he does this, maybe only then can he retire with a feeling that he's done it all?...Or maybe he's doing all this testing for his own ego and is also trying to get race sharp for the up and coming 'Race of Champions' this year.If that is the case then, as far as Ferrari are concerned : if Carlsburg hired out F1 test drivers, they would probably be like this...See video below*.
Hungry 98.
*Well he did go on to win what was daubed 'his greatest ever drive' by seven seconds over McLaren driver David Coulthard in an era when the top car was the McLaren...in fact on average the McLaren should have been two seconds faster than the Ferrari, but with Schumacher at the wheel on a charge; on the ragged edge - after being asked over the radio by Ross Brawn to make up twenty seconds in seventeen laps - he was in this race, on a three stop strategy, nearly two seconds faster than the McLaren of Coulthard...wow!.

Only if, Michael Schumacher, want's to become the, Spice Girl's, equilevant to Formula (1) should he return. Schumacher, undoubately is the worlds greatest ever driving champion. Can't see him regaining his former glory days, in particular, when Lewis Hamilton, is the new kid on the racing circuit.
Ah!, long time no hear. What will happen is that Schumacher will not return, this will be confirmed soon. But it gives me a good excuse to write about him.
Hows it going on planet parnel anyway?.Whats all this saying goodbye stuff about?.
